Difference Engine, in collaboration with the Bath-based luxury co-working space affiliated with the St John’s Foundation charity, has built its digital advertising function via an SEO programme and Google and Meta Ads. As House of St John’s continues to grow, Difference Engine continues to offer different marketing services to help it evolve its proposition and lay a foundation for its next stage of growth.
The National Childbirth Trust, the UK’s leading parenting charity, wanted to better understand its customers. Difference Engine conducted a cost effective approach to insight gathering combining digital market analysis with primary research and in depth interviewing. We developed a refreshed buyer persona set, identified a previously underserved audience segment and tested new digital acquisition channels to inform charity’s content strategy.
Difference Engine partnered with the Marketing Leadership team at Peace Hospice Care to build its digital organic social media content strategy and pipeline on Instagram, Facebook and X to drive awareness of how Peace Hospice Care was impacting the community and also support its fund-raising programme. Centred around customer insight research at the planning stage of the programme, Difference Engine created conversation triggers to drive engagement and growth of its communities.
